Utility Service Connection Request
· A $75.00 Meter Deposit must be paid before service can be connected. The $75.00 Meter Deposit cannot be paid on-line (our system only allows customers with existing accounts to pay on-line) The deposit cannot be paid over the phone. A new customer must come in to our business office to pay the deposit by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card.
· Outstanding balances from previous accounts must be paid before new service can be connected.
· Photo ID or Driver’s License is required before service is connected.
· If a new customer is renting, they are required to bring in a copy of their lease/rental agreement.
