Advisory Plan Commission
The City of Rushville Advisory Plan Commission is formed in accordance with IC 36-7-4-207. The roles of the Advisory Plan Commission is to maintain the City’s planning documents, regulate development and promote and encourage a well-planned community.

Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals responsibilities are to hear appeals from decisions of the Planning & Zoning Office, and to consider variances and special exceptions.
